Make it Amazing

VCU’s Administration’s Make It Amazing campaign is aimed at improving the experience for community members who interact with division employees. By improving customer service and enhancing employee engagement, Make it Amazing empowers division employees to proactively solve problems and demonstrate exceptional service with each and every interaction.

We conduct annual surveys to gauge both customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Division leaders continue to use the results from both surveys as well as takeaways from related training programs to improve customer service across the division and increase employee engagement.
